I had a great experience with Dr. Jyot. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. Dr. Jyot is extremely professional, patient, and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment, which really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure was smooth and painless, and the results were excellent. The staff is also friendly and helpful, making the whole visit stress-free. While I appreciated the friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff, and found the dental assistants to be knowledgeable and professional, I was ultimately not satisfied with the final result of my procedure. The filling I received does not match the natural shade of my tooth, and I’ve also experienced sensitivity when flossing. Although the clinic has offered to correct the issue at no cost—which I do appreciate—I no longer feel confident in having the work redone there, particularly when it comes to achieving a proper color match. Additionally, replacing the filling again raises concerns for me about unnecessary impact on the structural integrity of the tooth. For these reasons, I’ve decided to seek care elsewhere moving forward.
